With over 25 years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, couples, and families across educational and clinical settings, my practice today focuses on trauma-informed work with neurodiverse couples who are struggling with:
-
Relationship challenges
-
Trauma and emotional overwhelm
-
Identity and sexuality
-
Life transitions and burnout
My clinical approach is collaborative, integrative and paced according to capacity. I work at the level of both relational patterning and nervous system regulation, with attention to safety, consent, and sustainable change.
My understanding of neurodiversity is informed by both extensive professional experience and lived experience within family and relational systems. This informs a grounded, applied approach to neurodivergent dynamics in real-world contexts.
I view neurodivergence as a fundamental variation in human processing and regulation, rather than a deficit. The work is oriented toward clarity, stability, and improved relational functioning without requiring self-abandonment or normalization.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
I aim to create a space where you can settle in without needing to explain or justify who you are.
A space where:
-
Your experiences are taken seriously
-
Your identity is respected and affirmed
-
Your story can unfold at your own pace
Together, we make sense of patterns, explore what’s underneath them, and move toward a kind of healing that feels authentic, steady, and lasting.
