Online Therapy Across BC

I offer online therapy for individuals and couples throughout BC including Kelowna, Vancouver, Victoria and smaller or more remote communities. Regardless of where you live, online therapy allows you to access support from a therapist who understands the broader context of living in BC.

Online therapy is designed to make getting support simple, accessible, and effective. Sessions take place through secure video calls, allowing you to connect from home, work, or anywhere that feels safe and private. You’ll have a consistent schedule, just like in-person therapy, and we’ll work together on your goals using tools and strategies tailored to your needs while fitting therapy seamlessly into your life.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, overwhelm and complex trauma. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and/or LGBTQ+ individuals couples as well as supporting women experiencing postpartum changes or perimenopause/menopause.

My Approach 

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and integrative. I blend relational understanding with mindfulness and somatic strategies to focus on understanding your unique experiences, patterns, and needs, while creating a safe space to explore challenges and build strengths.
