Anxiety & Overwhelm
Anxiety and overwhelm can make even everyday life feel difficult to manage. You might find your mind constantly racing, your body on edge, or a sense that you can’t quite catch up or settle. Over time, this can impact your sleep, relationships, and overall sense of well-being. Together, we slow things down and make sense of what’s driving the anxiety, while building practical ways to feel more grounded, steady, and in control again.
Sexual and Gender Identity
Exploring gender and sexual identity can be both deeply meaningful and, at times, complex or uncertain. You may be questioning, coming to understand yourself more fully, or navigating how to express your identity in different areas of your life. This process can bring up feelings of vulnerability, clarity, fear, or relief, often all at once. I offer a space that is affirming, respectful, and grounded in curiosity, where you can explore your identity at your own pace and feel supported in moving toward a sense of authenticity, self-trust, and belonging.
Complex Trauma
Complex trauma often develops from ongoing or repeated experiences that overwhelm your ability to feel safe, supported, or understood. Its impact can show up in many ways: difficulty trusting others, feeling on edge or shut down, intense emotional reactions, or a persistent sense of disconnection from yourself or others. These responses are not flaws, but adaptations to what you’ve been through. Here, we move gently and at your pace, creating safety while helping you make sense of these patterns and build a more grounded, connected relationship with yourself and others.
Neurodivergent Affirming
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy recognizes that your nervous system, communication style, and emotional processing may differ from neurotypical expectations. Many people with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD come to therapy feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change despite their best efforts. Here, you have a space where these differences are understood and respected, and strategies are tailored to how you actually experience the world—helping you feel more supported, understood, and able to navigate challenges in a way that works for you.
Women's Mental Health
Women’s mental health can be deeply influenced by life transitions such as the postpartum period and perimenopause or menopause. Shifts in hormones, identity, sleep, and relationships can contribute to anxiety, low mood, irritability, or a sense of losing yourself. These experiences are common, yet often feel isolating. In our sessions, we create space to understand what you’re going through both emotionally and physically while supporting you in feeling more stable, supported, and connected to yourself during these changes.
LGBTQ+ Affirming
LGBTQ+ affirming therapy creates a space where your sexual orientation, gender identity, and unique experiences are fully respected and understood. Many LGBTQ+ individuals face challenges related to coming out, navigating relationships, or coping with societal pressures and discrimination, which can impact mental health and connection. This space is designed to honor your identity, validate your experiences, and support you in building resilience, self-acceptance, and relationships that feel safe, authentic, and affirming.
