I know what it’s like to reach a point in life when the things that once seemed to fit no longer do. Sometimes, what comes next is tender, uncertain, and deeply personal—a process of unravelling, discovering, and reconnecting with the most authentic parts of ourselves.

With more than 25 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families in both public and private spheres, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I identify as both neurodivergent and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I work with couples and adults supporting them with:

  • Relationship Challenges

  • Non-Monogamy & Relationship Diversity

  • Trauma & Attachment

  • Women’s Mental Health

  • Sexuality & Gender

  • Neurodiversity

  • Anxiety & Emotional Regulation

At the heart of my practice is a trauma-informed, neurodiversity- and LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective. This framework shapes how I conceptualize challenges, recognize strengths, and support clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change. My clinical work is grounded in the evidence-based, gold-standard approaches of Trauma-Informed Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I integrate these modalities with parts work and somatic approaches to help individuals and couples understand their patterns at both a relational and nervous system level.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I take a non-pathologizing view of neurodivergence and sexuality as these are both beautiful expressions of what it means to be human. My work is oriented toward clarity, stability, and improved relational functioning without requiring self-abandonment or normalization.

This is a place where you can settle in without needing to explain or justify who you are.

A space where you can exhale, be seen, and explore what it means to come home to yourself.

I look forward to connecting with you in Kelowna & Online Across Canada
