How I Can Help
Relationships are shaped by so many parts of who we are and how we move through the world. Whether you're navigating conflict, changes in intimacy, parenting challenges, questions of identity, or a significant life transition, these experiences can affect how we connect with ourselves and one another. I offer a non-judgmental space to explore what's happening beneath the surface, make sense of your experiences, and find new ways forward that honour who you are and what matters most to you. Areas I work within:
Relationship Challenges
ENM & Open Relationships
Parenting
Intimacy
Infidelity
Divorce & Separation
Conscious Uncoupling
Life Transitions
Neurodiversity
Women’s Mental Health
Sexuality & Gender
My Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, two well-established, research-supported approaches to couples therapy. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, understand what's happening beneath the conflict, and build new ways of communicating, reconnecting, and feeling secure with one another. I also integrate IFS-informed parts work, somatic approaches, and mindfulness to support the work.
.
As a couples therapist in Kelowna and online across Canada, I specialize in ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and mixed neurotype relationships. Differences in communication, sensory needs, emotional processing, and executive function are often misread as lack of care or effort. In therapy, we make sense of those differences without blame, so each of you can feel understood and build a connection that works for both of you. Where trauma or attachment wounds are part of the picture, we move at a pace that feels safe, with attention to how stress lives in the body as well as in conversation.
